It is a bamboo ramen shop loved by locals. A local elderly couple eats ramen so that everyone at Uki eats udon normally. Homemade thin straight noodles are sweet soy sauce soup and it is tasty. There is one ball in parallel and it becomes full stomach. I also recommend dumplings but it was not evaluated as it was not at the time of the store visit. There are many free parking lots in front of the shop and it is convenient. I think that it is good to compare and eat it because the seasoning of delicious soup is different from other banshu ramen shop. Banseng Ramen is not a level to go out to eat, but it is a taste to eat with Showa Chic and a nostalgic flavor.

I have been visiting the long-established "Uchihashi Ramen" of Banshu Ramen in Nishiwaki City.The soup is sweet even among the Banshu ramen.The mayonnaise was surprisingly good for the dumplings recommended by the shop.When ramen was large, the stomach seemed to tear.Since it is one of the representatives of Banshu ramen, many customers come from other prefectures.If you have never eaten Banshu ramen, or if you like Banshu ramen, I would like you to eat Uchihashi ramen.There is also a spacious parking lot. Please go to eat once.
